The Prime Time Group is geared to those over 55 but open to all. The group has completed nine successful years of programming for our membership and other interested temple members and friends. Our activities have included trips, walking tours, theatre parties, speakers, entertainers, barbecues and picnics.

For the 2010-2011 year our first activity is a September 26th bus trip to the Pearl S. Buck home in Pennsylvania, including a Chinese buffet lunch, and a tour of the James Michener Art Museum. On October 31st we will attend a performance of Tosca at the Amore Opera Company in New York City. Our winter event will be at the temple, either a mystery theater or a Klezmer group. We are also looking into a theatre party and a tour of Harlem in 2011.

Prime Time provides an opportunity for long-time and new members of the temple and their friends to socialize learn and explore together. Dues are $15 per person, which will automatically be billed to Prime Time eligible temple members during the summer.

We hope many of you will join our membership ranks. The steering committee would love to have new members to plan and implement our programs. Contact Ethel Singer, Prime Time Chair, to get involved.
